Getting Started with HogWired
Set up your account and create your first job in under 5 minutes.
1. Sign Up for Your Free Trial
Head to hogwired.pro and click 'Start Free Trial.' Enter your name, email, and create a password. You'll get 14 days of full Pro features — no credit card needed.
2. Complete the Onboarding Wizard
After signing up, you'll be guided through a quick setup wizard. Enter your company name, add your crew members, and set your service area. This takes about 2 minutes.
3. Create Your First Client
Go to the Clients tab and click 'Add Client.' Enter the client's name, address, phone, and email. You can also add notes about their preferences or site access requirements.
4. Create Your First Job
Go to the Jobs tab and click 'Create Job.' Select the client, enter the job site address, choose the job type (installation, splice, repair, etc.), and add any relevant details like cable type or footage estimates.
5. Assign to a Crew
On the job page, click 'Assign Crew.' Choose which crew members will handle the job and set the scheduled date and time. The assigned crew will see the job appear in their mobile app automatically.
6. Open the Crew Mobile View
Have your crew members open the HogWired app in a mobile browser. They'll log in with the credentials you created for them and immediately see their assigned jobs for the day, with one-tap navigation to each site.
